Sex Offender Arrested at Cullman Housing Authority After Multiple Warrants On January 1st, Registered Sex Offender Myron Clifton Marsh Jr. was arrested at the Cullman Housing Authority by Sgt. Rob Long and Officer Joey Williams of the Cullman Police Department. Marsh had three active Failure to Appear warrants related to violations of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), and one Failure to Appear warrant for Harassment.
